May Favourites!

May1st may have been a holiday for all although I remember it as a day where in I was working at office along with a married fellow colleague. Sigh! Never mind. I shall list the few random things that caught my attention this month. Starting off with  the book as below: I picked up this book on one of my journeys back to Bangalore and it was more of an impulse buy. I saw this on the bestsellers list for quite sometime and hence was curious to know more. To be honest, I was under the impression that it would cover facets pertaining to our ability to think with our gut. As in what really goes on in our minds when we arrive at a decision based on our 'gut feeling'. While she (the author) does establish a link between our brain and gut, my questions largely remain unanswered. On a positive note, the author knows her subject well. She explains the digestive cycle and how one could ensure that gut health is well maintained. She has penned down the facts in a light mann...
